The term ‘Bespoke’ means made for an individual. Our Bespoke poems are therefore made to order just for you, completely suited to your needs.
Therefore, the bespoke poem you receive will be completely unique to you or the individual/people you order the poem for. Nobody else will have the same poem as you. Our bespoke poems are completely original to reflect your original design. After all, there is no one is like you.
Bespoke: Completely made to order, original and unique poem (as described above).
Personalised: Poem already written by SE as shown on the website but can be personalised with name(s) and can choose from a set selection of attributes.
The process of creating our bespoke poems is both an art and a science. Shola Ejegi (SE) is the artist/poet behind the poems.
She combines her faith, with her love for delving into the meaning of words and poetic skills to create each masterpiece.

Define Poem:
Define Poem: Option to choose any name you would like on the poem and one word to describe/affirm/compliment the individual. SE then writes the poem with this word being the focal point.
This poem is a wonderful reminder of the uniqueness of an individual as well as to propel them into their destiny.
If there was one thing you would want to visualise/remind yourself that you are daily, what would it be? Whether a reminder of your dream career or a key attribute, this poem will allow you to never forget you were destined for greatness.
Affirm Poem:
Affirm Poem: Option to choose any name you would like on the poem and 3 words to describe/affirm/compliment the individual. SE then takes the time to break down each of the 3 words you chose and create a unique stanza (AKA poem verse) for each word to create a work of art.
What 3 words would you like to affirm yourselves with daily? This is perfect for affirming yourself, unions, families, and gifting to others of a range of attributes and dreams that you want to affirm yourself with.
The prices of the poems are determined by the size, whether framed or unframed (as a print) and of course if your poem is custom or bespoke:
-Prints will be cheaper than framed, as our frames add an extra cost along with the extra supportive packaging and shipping costs included.
-Personalised require amendments to be made to the poem, which require a real person of course making these changes, so the prices reflect labour costs.
-Our Bespoke poems are of course the most expensive items of all the poems, as they are completely unique to the individual where a lot of skill and time is put in to creating the poem to ensure its perfection.
You simply choose the name and keyword(s) you would like on the Poem and SE creates a unique poem for you!
Don’t worry! We will send you a preview of the poem to the email you supplied at checkout! This will contain a form for you to approve or make amendments to the poem. We typically allow up to 6 amendments but we will make sure you are completely satisfied with your poem before sending it out!
PS: All of our customers so far have been amazed by the first draft!
Please note that if you selection the option of ‘NO, I do not want to see a preview of the poem’ the Poem will then be shipped to you ASAP (without approving first) after SE has completed the creation.
You will have the option to select whether you would like your product to be framed or remain as a print on the product pages.
We use white wooden-effect glass frames to make your poem/art stand out and be ready to hang! Our frames our ethically sourced and handmade here in the UK from other small businesses. So when you support us, you support two small businesses simultaneously, so thank you! :)
Readymade Poems will typically be shipped between 1-3 working days as well as poetry books.
Process & delivery times for made to order Poems:
Made to order Poems include personalised and bespoke will take longer due to the processing time to create the poem. Likewise, the time taken for the customer to approve the poem will affect the processing times.
Shipping times to the UK are usually despatched with 48 HR TRACKED Royal Mail which usually takes between 2 and 3 business days. Our Bespoke and Personalised Poems are always sent tracked, please check your email for the royal mail tracking number.
Therefore, total processing and shipping time will usually take anywhere between 3-7 working days but the aim is to get your order out as soon as possible.
Please note that this can be increased by the time it takes for customer to approve an item. Likewise, this time may increase during busy periods where the customer will be notified of this.
Any postal delays are outside of our control but be rest assured if your package has been despatched, it should be with you soon.
We ship worldwide! International delivery starts at £15 for prints and books.
This can be cheaper for Europe due to closer distance to the UK.
This increases to starting from £30 for framed items due to the weight of the item as according to delivery couriers.
International shipping is usually from 3-11 days but this can vary depending on your location and may be more.
DPD is typically used for international orders and you will be updated on the progress of your order.
International shipping can unfortunately be expensive and this is the case everywhere.
Also, the heavier the item(s), the more expensive shipping will be.
Therefore, if you find the international shipping costs to be too expensive, we recommend buying our poems/art as a print to avoid paying the escalated shipping prices that come with the heavier frame. In this way, you would be able to buy a local frame which could make the process more affordable.
Prints: Packaged in an eco-friendly biodegradable sealed wallet, wrapped in paper and sealed in a secure sturdy ‘do not bend envelope.’
Framed prints: Packaged with corner protectors, recycled bubble wrap, purple Kraft paper, and wrapped with a ribbon so it looks like a present! (As we know a lot of our customers buy our poems to gift to others). This is then enclosed in a secure cardboard box as outer packaging for extra protection.
Free shipping is only for UK orders at a value of at least £45.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for readymade items and books, provided they are in their original condition and returned to us within 14 days.
Please note that customers would have to pay postage for their returns and will be refunded for the product amount only.
IMPORTANT: Please do NOT attempt to make a return without contacting us first to ensure you have the right address and that we are aware of any issues with your order first.
For bespoke, personalised or custom items- we do NOT accept returns due to the unique nature of the item since such items are made to order for that specific individual.
